The five classes

Five ways to move.

Spin, Pilates, Sculpt, Pilates × Sculpt and Yoga — under one roof in North Park and Bird Rock. Different rooms, different jobs, one house.

At a glance

  • 01 Cardio that feels like a night out
  • 02 Control, alignment and heat
  • 03 Full-body strength
  • 04 Both methods in one room
  • 05 Breath-led recovery

Class times and studio hours are listed on the booking page.

Still deciding?

Start with a question.

The class finder asks four questions about energy, heat, experience and the room you want to walk into. It returns one real class — no email required.

Before you book

The practical bits.

For anything not answered here, call (619) 230-5231 or email [email protected]. The team knows the room better than the website does.

Do I need to book before class?

Yes. Class times and booking live on the studio’s booking page. The two-week unlimited intro offer is also purchased there.

What should I bring to my first class?

Water and a towel. For Pilates, bring a yoga mat — towels are provided at check-in. The studio has lockers, showers and toiletries, so you can come from work or leave for the rest of your day.

How early should I arrive?

First-timers should arrive 15 minutes early so the team can show you around. If you know the drill, arrive 5 minutes before class — otherwise your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist.

Are the classes heated?

Pilates is heated to 88 degrees and Sculpt is heated. Yoga and Pilates × Sculpt have heated and non-heated formats on the schedule, so check the exact class on the booking page before you book.

Can I take more than one class in a visit?

Yes. The schedule is planned so members can move from one class to the next. Spin, Sculpt and Pilates are all on the same timetable.

The intro offer

Two weeks. Unlimited.

Start with the intro offer — $99 at North Park, $89 at Bird Rock — and find the room you want to come back to.
